We think this is an excellent design because our class loves gum and we would like to give it to the class. Also we used a hard shape and an easy shape. The easy shape is a cube and the hard shape is a cylinder

The name of our polyhedron is the cubic-cyldron it is a cube on top of a cylinder.

Cube: 6 faces and 8 vertices

Cylinder 3 faces and vertices

 Surface area of cube=l x w and volume = l x w x h

Surface area of cylinder=pie x radius x radius, + l x w and volume =area of base x height
